Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to em2collab.net and Expanding Minds LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Expanding Minds LLC include em2collab.net, EMPOWER, Expanding Minds, www.expandingminds.net and www.em2collab.net. Expanding Minds LLC is a Pennsylvania based limited liability company and operates web servers hosted in the United States. Our hosting provider GoDaddy adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant. Data Collection

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, EMPOWER may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Purchase Data

If you purchase EMPOWER’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction EMPOWER may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

7. How Long We Retain Your Data For
 

When you make a purchase or submit a support request or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

EMPOWER strives to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information.
